TRAVEL
Upon arriving at at Johannesburg International Airport, a member of staff from The Hunter's Dream Safari will be waiting for you to help with the weapons import process (as appropriate). You will then immediately travel by motorway and highwya (about 3.5 hours) to the lodge The Hunter's Dream Lodge, where we will be waiting for you to start your safari.

CLIMATE
The cold weather starts in late March and ends in mid-August. The winters are mild, with warm days and cold nights. Temperatures: 6 to 27 degrees. It rains in summer from November to March.
EQUIPMENT FOR THE SAFARI
We recommend khaki, gree or camouflage clothing. You need not bring many clothes because the daily laundry service is included in the accommodation price. Please see the file entitled "Equipment for the Safari".

HEALTH
You do not need any special vaccines or medicines because the area is malaria free.
We recommend bringing sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or more, as well as insect repellent.
A private hospital, doctors and pharmacies are available at 45 minutes away from the lodge in the event of an emergency.
RESERVATION PROCEDURE
We will prepare a detailed quote based on your instructions. Once you confirm the quote, choose a safari date and buy your tickets, we will confirm your booking after receiving a deposit of 30% of the total price quoted. if you cancel the trip, this amount can be applied to another reservation on another date. Payments on account can be paid in cash or bank transfer.
Before you leave home, you will need to have paid 50% of the total price quoted. and the rest is payable at the end of the safari. the outstanding balance can be paid in cash, bank trasnfer from our computer desk or credit card.
Quotes can be provided in Euros or US Dollars, as per the client's request.
Prices may vary and The Hunter's Dream Safari undertakes to inform clients of any such changes inmediately.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you decide to cancel your safari, you will need to notify us in writting. The 30% deposit can be applied to a new booking for the same season or the following season.
RISKS AND RESPONSABILITIES
We remind you that hunting is a risky activity. It is YOUR responsibility to act ethically and take the pertinent measurements to avoid unnecessary risks.
The Hunter's Dream accepts on liability for any disease or accident suffered during the safari.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Before you leave home, you will need to have paid 50% of the total price quoted. and the rest is payable at the end of the safari. the outstanding balance can be paid in cash, bank trasnfer from our computer desk or credit card.

The client authorises THE HUNTER'S DREAM to use the photographs, videos, etc. obtained during their safari as promotional material for publication by THE HUNTER´S DREAM. Otherwise, we ask that you provide written communication to this effect to info@thehuntersdream.es. Thank you.
